What are the benefits of buying a used Tesla Model Y?

Buying a used Tesla Model Y offers several advantages. You’re able to access Tesla's innovative technology and electric drivetrain at a more affordable price point than buying new. On the used Tesla market, you’ll be able to find used Tesla Model Y cars with added extras like roof racks, floor mats, or mud flaps.

Tesla vehicles are known for their durability and reliability, meaning a used Model Y is likely to continue performing well for years to come. Unlike internal combustion engines with hundreds of mechanical parts that can wear out over time, electric motors have significantly fewer moving components, which gets you cheaper repair and servicing costs, and lower chance of mechanical failures. You won’t need oil changes, spark plug replacements, or any services related to emission components. Trips to the service station will be completely eliminated by plugging into charging stations as well. With over-the-air software updates, your used Model Y can also receive new features and improvements over time, all online.
