Where does Carma source cars from?

Our cars are hand picked from a vast number of major institutions including auctions, major finance companies, fleet companies and franchise dealerships. Some are also privately sourced from individuals and companies.

Where is the car located?

All cars sold by Carma are at our location in Alexandria, Sydney. Coming soon to other major Australian cities.

Is the price of the car negotiable?

We do things differently at Carma. The listed price for every car we sell is the honest, transparent real sale price for that car. It’s not pre-inflated with the expectation that you’ll have to negotiate and guess how much we’ll sell it to you for.

Instead, we have fixed prices that are informed by up-to-date market valuation data to ensure that all of our car prices are competitive. Simply, we’ve pre-negotiated the price so you don’t have to.

Can I test drive the car?

Because Carma operates online and will deliver your car to you, we don't offer test drives prior to purchase. However, our 7-day promise gives you the opportunity to drive and experience the car in your everyday life. If you find that it's not right for you, then you can return it (conditions apply).

What is the 7 day Return guarantee?

The 7-Day Return promise is offered on all cars sold by Carma. If you decide the car you purchased from us isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund by telling us within 7 days of delivery. When does the registration for the car expire?

All cars sold by Carma will have a minimum of 3 months registration. For information about the registration expiry date for a specific car, please contact our friendly customer service team.

Does the car come with a warranty?

Yes, all Carma cars will come with a 3 month warranty provided by us. Some newer cars may also have a manufacturer warranty, for more details on a specific car please contact our customer service team.

What is the car’s service history and are log books included?

All cars sold by Carma have log books and up to date history supplied with them. Where cars have on-board service history, this is also verified by us. You’ll find service history information included on the product page for each of our cars.

How will my car be delivered?

We'll deliver your new Carma car to your home on a date and time that suits you. Upon arrival, our delivery team member will give you a complete tour of the car and manage all final documents.
