Petrol cars meanwhile, are cheaper to buy and repair, and produce higher rev power to take off quicker. This means they’re more suited for driving through city streets in relatively shorter trips. Also jumping into the mainstream are hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and electric cars. They’re a more fuel and environmentally-conscious choice, offering a balanced and smooth drive.
