Owen's governance experience includes current board roles at REA Group and Property Finder (Dubai), backed by 15 years in senior executive roles at ANZ.
Lachlan MacGregor
Co-Founder, CEO and Executive Director
Lachlan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Carma since 2021. Lachlan has deep experience building, advising, and investing in technology and consumer companies, having founded multiple ventures. His career includes senior investment roles as a Global Portfolio Manager at Alphinity Global and senior investor at Platinum Asset Management. Previously, he held Director roles in Private Equity at Oceania Capital and Investment Banking at UBS.
Melinda Snowden
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair, Audit & Risk Committee
Melinda is a seasoned professional director with 30+ years in corporate advisory and investment banking. Melinda has held multiple Non-Executive Director roles since 2010 across diverse sectors. She currently serves on the boards of three ASX-listed companies: Chair of the Board at Megaport Limited, and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Temple & Webster Group Ltd. Her prior career included senior investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Grant Samuel.
Nicole Sparshott

Nicky is a seasoned CEO and change agent with 30 years of global consumer goods and retail experience. Nicky has held major executive roles including Global Chief of Transformation for Unilever, CEO of Unilever Australia & New Zealand, and Global CEO of T2 Tea. She brings deep expertise in brand building and driving value-creating change at scale. Nicky currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for Australian Agricultural Company and World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
Yosuke Hall

Yosuke is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Carma. Yosuke is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with expertise in e-commerce and finance. He served as CEO of Zanui (one of Australia’s leading online retailers) for seven years, where he was instrumental in scaling the business and developing customer experience. Yosuke began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs JBWere.
